Here are two recipes for you to make the most of them
Coffee with dulce de leche
A recipe that is very tasty and easy to make is coffee with dulce de leche. You only need 3 tablespoons of dulce de leche, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of water and 4 tablespoons of coffee.
We make a small cappuccino with the milk, coffee and water in our Milk Perfection Coffee machine. Once it is ready, transfer it to a glass, add the dulce de leche, and beat it with a cordless mixer or, failing that, it can also be made in a blender. Optionally, you can add ice cubes if you wish to drink it cold.
Affogato: a flavor bomb
The first thing we will do, will be to pass our coffee of preference, the amount we want, in our star coffee maker. Milk Perfection. When our coffee is ready, we will proceed to place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, this will melt with the heat forming a thickness on top, similar to that of the whipped milk, also adding sweetness to the drink.
